Shipping, Exchange and Return Policies

1. Qxpress normal mail service does not provide tracking number to track your order. This service is provided as a cheaper way to deliver your item(s), use this service at your own risk.
   • Seller will not be liable for normal delivery even if the goods are lost or damanged during delivery
2. Exchange or Refund can be done within 14 days after receiving the items for defective item only
3. Seller will refund the original product purchase price less Shipping and handling fee incurred. Shipping and handling fee is non refundable.
4. Item returned must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.  Used item will not be accepted.
5. Buyer is to bear all the delivery charges for items return.(2 ways)
