
Shipping, Exchange and Return Policies
- Qxpress normal mail service does not provide tracking number to track your order. This service is provided as a cheaper way to deliver your item(s), use this service at your own risk.
- Seller will not be liable for normal delivery even if the goods are lost or damanged during delivery
- Exchange or Refund can be done within 14 days after receiving the items for defective item only
- Seller will refund the original product purchase price less Shipping and handling fee incurred. Shipping and handling fee is non refundable.
- Item returned must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition. Used item will not be accepted.
