FAQS :
1) How far can the transmitter transmit ?
It can transmit up to 100m if unblocked. If there are walls, it depends on the thickness of the wall. In general, the nearer the transmitter and the lesser the obstruction, the better will be the reception.
2) How long can the Battery lasts?
Maximum time is 1.5 hrs if you use the good batteries. Adapters are provided so use the AC power supply whenever possible.
3) How Long can we record?
It depends on what you use to record. Eg if you use a VCR tapes to record, it depends on the size of your VCR tapes ie 2hrs or 3hrs, etc. But if you are to connect to the PC or Laptop, then it depends on your hard disk space.
4) How do we connect to PC or Laptop?
You will need to purchase a Video Adaptor Card or a USB 2.0 Video Grabber
Delivery Method
1) We do not entertain meet-up or self-collection.
2) All items will be shipped by Registered Post with Tracking Number Provided.
3) No Shipping discount will be provided for additional purchase but we reserve the right to ship orders together.
4) Shipping Fees refer to shipping rates to Singapore. For all other countries, pls add an additional S$3 to shipping Fees.
Product Warranty (Not including Accessories)
1) All items are tested prior to shipment if possible, unless sealed in manufacturer"s original packing.
2) In addition, we offer 1-1 exchange of goods (unless sealed in manufacturer"s original packing) within 7days of receipt of item for items ( between SGD 20 and SGD 50) For items above SGD 50, we do offer a 1 year warranty in additional to the 1-1 exchange policy.

1) Color might be shipped out at random, if the color you purchased is unavailable. If you need a particular color, please inform us prior to payment.
