The Aggressive, sticky MudRoc soles use spaced lugs to shed mud and a sticky rubber for great traction on the rock (hence, the name). Inov 8 found a fine balance between durability and agility when they added features to the MudRock 280 shoes. The Meta-shank increases underfoot support while it allows your metatarsals to move individually, the way your feet were designed to work.
