We will not be liable and will not compensate for lost or delayed mail caused by Singpost.

By selecting both delivery mode (normal and registered), it can be confusing at times. Inadvertently, we might make mistake and sent out the mail via normal mail instead of registered mail. Thus, we do seek your understanding on this issue. 
 
We will send item by courier/registered mail for purchase of 17 pieces and above, regardless of your selected delivery option. This is because the parcel will be too bulky and will not be able to fit into your mailbox.
