It is a crystal honey with a creamy texture taken from the state Calabria in southern Italy and the orange flower from Sicily.
It has a refreshing aroma of orange and a slightly sweet almond flavor, light, with sweetness in the summer direction.
You can have it on bread, toast or fruit, or as a sweetener for cooking or tea, you can also serve cheese or cake with deliciously.
The Ligoni family has been handling organic honey since 1994.
In order to deliver delicious and nutritious honey, the nests are maintained far away from urban areas and intensive agricultural areas where pollution factors that harm the nest exist.
All of the honey of Rigoni di shiago has been certified organic in Italy, and it does not contain any additives or residual pesticide at all, so the original taste and nutrients of honey are left almost unchanged.
