I am a nurse with dry cracked hands. I should say I WAS a nurse with dry cracked hands.
This product soothes instantly and overnight works wonders.
It's just right for tucking in my uniform slacks pocket so that throughout my shift I can apply it often.

My hands are usually very dry and can crack (knuckles) in the winter.
I've been using this creme lotion for about a month now, and I have no signs of cracking!
My hands look great...and it is the middle of December!
I like the feel of this hand creme. I think it you like a little heavier hand creme, it is good day or night.
Or you could just use it at night. I do both. :) LOVE IT.
