Instructions: 

Simply put one foot on the platform and twist the accelerator slowly. When the scooter start moving, lift your other foot and rest on the platform. Press on the brake to slow down and stop. Twist the handle left and right to balance and steer. The motion is similar to steering the front wheel of a bicycle.
