Directions
Cooking Instructions: For a nutritious high fiber hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and ½ teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup Bob''s Red Mill 7 Grain Cereal, turn heat down. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes enough for four hungry folks. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with fruit and/or nuts. Microwave Instructions: In large bowl, combine ¼ cup Bob''s Red Mill 7 Grain Cereal and ¾ cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
