Prickly Pear, also known as “nopal or “opuntia, thrives in desert locales. The Mexican flag proudly displays the distinctive cactus image. Prickly Pear has been used to make jellies, syrups, soups and salads. The famous cactus is intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy blood glucose and blood lipid levels.

Directions
