IMPORTANT: Use NATURALCOLORS N Series to improve results when using on more than 40% gray hair. For better gray coverage, it is best to mix the chosen color with the corresponding natural color. E.g. If you have chosen 5G, simply mix 1 fl. oz. of 5G with 1 fl. oz. of 5N together with 2 fl. oz. of Colorfix (included). You can then use the remaining unmixed color within 3 months for your next application

Heat application during coloring is necessary for results. After applying the color mix to your hair, use medium heat from a hair dryer for 10 minutes. Only use heat on the roots or regrowth hair. This opens the cuticles so the natural colors can go in to the hair. Heat is necessary for results since this product does not contain chemicals to open the cuticles
