METHOD OF USE
  • Medi Rub is designed to be massaged thoroughly into painful areas three times a day.
  • Apply after RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation) if any injury has occurred.
  • Use prior to exercise to warm up muscles.
  • Use at night to relieve night cramps.
