Change of Mind
  • We offer a change of mind 30 days money back guarantee. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it.
  • Please note we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund plus a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging including all the original contents free from damage. Please ensure all items are packed sufficiently for transport, any damages caused during the return shipping maybe rejected or receive a revised refund amount.
Damaged
  • For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements.
  • In case, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send us a few photographs with the order number, we will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part.
