Fill the water reservoir and hot tank BEFORE turning on the POWER switch. WE shall not liable for any malfunction or defect if install by own-self due to not follow instructions or guideline stated here. - Failure to do so shall cause machine malfunction and overheat!

1. How often i need to change the filters.
12 months per 3600 litres for 4 filters.

2. What is the filters cost?
Checkout the latest price online, or you may request yearly onsite filters replacement service.

3. Do you have after sale service and support?
Yes, after sale/service is chargeable per case basis. Please contact us.

4. Can i walk in to buy the water dispenser?
Nope, the product is ship direct from warehouse, no walk-in sale , we ship door to door to customers only.

5. Once i ordered, when i will receive my water dispenser?
It will take up 2 - 5 working days, for example: ordered on monday, estimate arrival, you'll receive it on wednesday/ thursday or friday. 

6. What happen if the water dispenser is broken or death of arrival?
No worries! Please whatsapp us at +65 8818 6634 /email to admin@lelong.sg, we will arrange and send a technician to come down onsite to investigate. 

7. Can i refund/exchange/cancel the order upon delivered, if i change of mind?
