活酵母使用的关键点：开封后放于冰箱，目的是让活酵母冬眠， 洗脸时用低于37°的温水，
使用前后大量拍水或是做水膜，薄薄敷一层,刚开始用5-10分钟开始,慢慢延长至30分钟，
