I advise customers to read the instructions thoroughly, and actually FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.Make sure the controller has fresh batteries, and don't push the drone to the limits. As with any products, parts fail occasionally and need repair or replacing. Crash landing your drone doesn't help either, and I crashed mine the first time because I didn't know what I was doing and pushed the wrong button. I had to learn how to drive a car, and you will have to learn how to fly a drone. Cheap materials and glitchy controls. Always had to spend half of the 5 minutes flight time just trimming for stability. And then there is the matter of it randomly gaining altitude and flying off on it own never to be found.
