Most people can do less than 10 pull ups and very few can do more than 15. Pull up exercise is the best way to bring bulk muscle growth to your bicep and back. Do a Wide grip and normal shoulder grip pull up to train your back. Also include close grip chin-up to build your bicep. If you can do 15 pull ups, try target to do 30 pull ups. By then you would have quite a nice body physique. And Don't forget to do your push up and sit-up exercise as your daily workout.
