COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 

   PENCAI
   1) Completely thaw PenCai and sauce in refrigerator.

   2) Pour sauce evenly over thawed ingredients in the claypot.

   3) Attach cling wrap over the top of the claypot.

   4) Steam for 45 – 60 minutes in a steamer.

   5) Ready to serve.

  LOTUS LEAF RICE
   1) Completely thaw Lotus Leaf Rice in refrigerator.

   2) Do not remove wrapping.

   3) Steam for 30 - 45 minutes in a steamer.

   4) Ready to serve.

  HERBAL SHRIMPS
   1) Bring hebral soup to a boil in a pot over low heat.

   2) Add prawns into boiling herbal soup.

   3) Leave for 10 - 15 minutes.

   4) Ready to serve.
