Orders And Pricing
 
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.  Pricing and products are correct at the time of compiling this page.  However, we reserve the right to change prices and information without prior notice.  We do not change the price of anything that you have ordered and paid for. Future orders will be at the new price.

For amber jewelry products, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order, up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

For amber beads or stones, polished or unpolished, we will accept returns for exchange only subject to a 20% restocking charge. Amber stones and beads vary in quality. Be sure to choose the quality appropriate for your intended use. This restocking charge covers our costs and should encourage you to be sure of what you are ordering. Returned products must be in the same condition you received them and must be the exact same amount by weight that was shipped to you.

You must pay all the costs of delivery of the returned products, including, but not limited to customs, duties, taxes and any other charges,  to our warehouse in Poland.
