Product Description

This is a highly detailed Tamiya 1/35 scale assembly and painting required plastic model kit of the World War II German tank destroyer Marder III， Sd.Kfz. 139. The Marder III was built by combining the obsolete Panzer 38(t) chassis with captured Soviet F-22 76.2 mm field gun. Marder IIIs were mechanically reliable and had sufficient firepower to destroy most light to medium armor vehicles of the era， but it lack survivability largely because of its high silhouette and a relatively light open top armored gun shield. A total of 363 Marder IIIs of all variants were built by Germany and used with marginal success in all fronts until the end of World War II. This model kit features movable gun barrel， 2 gun crew figures， and lots of accessories.
