In the event that a wrong item or colour has been sent, buyer may request for an exchange via email to: charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com with a photograph of the item within 7 days upon receiving item should buyer decided not to accept the item.
2. Buyer to bear the return postage fee. Upon receiving the wrong item sent, seller will proceed to mail out the original requested item. Should the original requested item been sold out, buyer could request for an alternative item with the same value.
3. Not responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost Normal Mail. Please check with your Post Office should you didn't receive your parcel.
4. Charming Princess undertakes to check and ensure that item is in good condition before sending out buyer's order.
