1. Shipping Schedule
Q: I have ordered today. When will the item be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 09:00am SGT will be processed on the same working day.
Orders placed after 09:00am SGT will be processed on the next working day.
Our working day is Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00 SGT).
2. Delivery time
Q: How long does it take to get my items?
Delivery time : 3 – 5 days
Please be advised that if you choose non-registered mail as the delivery method, it is non-trackable. Hence, we are not responsible for delay or missing item.
3. Return and exchange

Only item not processed for shipment can be cancelled or exchanged.
