Product Description

Part of the range of fantastic building elements from Grimm's Spiel and Holz Design, this large Double Rainbow Stacking Tower is twice the fun! A high quality Waldorf toy, it is made of solid wood (Alder) and represents the element 'air.' It has a natural wooden base with 14 bright, colorful stacking rainbow arch pieces with holes to allow them to be stacked onto the stand. The pieces of this multi-use toy can be combined with other stacking/building toys, or used individually for imaginative play.

This delightful tower will accompany your child for many years and with care, can even be passed on to future generations. Toddlers, children (and even adults) will discover many different stacking arrangements for the arches, either on the tower stand or on another surface. The pieces can also be sorted according to height or color, as well as combined with other building blocks or wooden stackers (see Grimm's Large Elements Stackers). As they grow, children will find new uses for the rainbow arches in imaginative/pretend play: is it a tunnel, a seesaw, cradle, a home or a fence? The possibilities are endless. Your child's imagination will be sparked to think creatively and "outside the box."

Grimm's creates heirloom-quality puzzles, building sets, and more which provide a stimulating play experience -- challenging toddlers and children to think and use their imagination. Made with love and care in Germany, Grimm's wooden toys have a durable surface finish with no sharp corners or edges. No paints or lacquers are used, making them safe for babies and children to explore with all their senses. This preserves the natural feel of the wood (in line with principles of Waldorf and Montessori education). Unlacquered blocks are also less likely to slip when used for building.

Please note: you may find that some color transfer can occur during play from one block to another. This is considered normal.
