We find that cheaper guitar capos tend to make strings buzz because of a lack of quality control, but our guitar capo has undergone rigorous testing to ensure string buzzing does not occur with heavy playing. The clamping mechanism employs a rubber which is hard enough to apply pressure to the strings, yet soft enough to mitigate string buzzing.
