About Processing Time
On each product page we display the particular manufacturer's
stated lead time, once you have completed your order, it will
take approximately 3-15 Working Days for the processing time.
Our high quality lights are made in the formation process,
such as glass melting, polishing process, and assembling into
lights. This process time does not factor time in transit with
the shipping carrier.
Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available get pre
sold, in this case, you will be sent a email notification that
your item is on backorder, you have the option to continue to
wait for that item, cancel your order for a full refund, or
select a different item to order.

processing time for the light you are interested in.
About Shipping Times
We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping times for
our products. The times are estimates only. We have partnered
with EMS or other international express shipping to fulfill
our orders. It takes about 3-8 Working Days to most countries,
remote countries might take longer. These shipping times are
not a guarantee. If you have a time sensitive project we
recommend that you call a sales specialist and arrange
expedited shipping.
Order Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is designed to allow you to rest
assured when buying lights from us. Please refer to our
cancellation and return policies below for details.
- Orders cancelled before your item is shipped are eligible
for a full refund.
- Once you're the product of your order has been shipped, you
can’t cancel your order if you haven’t yet receive it.
Specific return policy is as follow.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the
arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make
sure that the light meets your order specifications. Try the
light as soon as possible. If you are returning or exchanging
lights, please make sure they are in brand-new condition,
unused and with original packaging. Requests to return items
due to quality issues, damage during shipping, or
color/style/size errors must be accompanied by photos or other
evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item
received.
Replacements and refunds are not available for lights with no
quality issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund.
When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide
Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with
the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you
believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer
Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as
well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your
exchanging or refund.
Mis-shipped Items
If you received a mis-shipped item, you need to provide
photographs of the incorrect item to prove that you received
the wrong item before we process your exchange or refund.
Sizing Issues
If the item you received meets the size specifications of your
order and the product page, then it can’t be returned or
exchanged. But if the item you received does not meet the size
specifications of your order and the product page, then your
order can be returned or exchanged at no additional cost.
Quality Issues
Light quality issues include:
- Product damage
- Failure to function properly once correctly installed
- Receiving the wrong items
Note: Considering the settings of your computer screen may
alter the color of the pictures shown on our Store, slight
color mismatches are not included.
Appearance Differences
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color or
appearance of pictures shown on our store. Slight color and
appearance differences between pictures on the website and the
actual item are common. However, if you are confident that you
have received the wrong item, please contact Customer Service
and provide photographs to see if a return or refund is
possible.
Please note that order return with no quality issues cannot be
approved. Include an explanation and photographs of the
product and courier number documenting the reason for the
return.
Overdue Orders
If your order cannot be shipped by the date originally stated,
Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or
canceling your product.
- Customers whose items are overdue by no more than 10 days
can choose to cancel the product and get a full refund, or
keep the product and get a 30% reimbursement upon delivery.
- Customers whose items are overdue by more than 10 days have
the option of canceling for a full refund, or keeping the
product at no cost except shipping fees.
Return Process
If you choose to return your order for one of the reasons
above, please remember to Contact Customer Service within 7
days of receiving your item. Please include an explanation and
photographs of the product and courier number documenting the
reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without
prior approval from Customer Service.
Once we’ve confirmed your circumstances, your return will be
processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is
confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles
for it to be credited to your account.
All lights from our store have 6-month warranty period. If you
have any questions regarding our warranty, please contact
Customer Service.

Our Lights are sourced from the most high-tech factories in
China. We inspect each factory for manufacturing quality and
precision to ensure that they produce the quality that we are
known for. Below are some photos of the manufacturing process
that were taken during our last inspection.
2. Packaging
Manufacturing quality would mean nothing to you if your light
arrived damaged. For this reason, we take great care to
package our finished lights as securely and safely as
possible. Our packaging is tested to withstand forces
exceeding those normally encountered in transit. Below is a
