* Soak feet in warm, soapy water for 5-10 minutes
* Gently scrub skin and nails using bristles of foot brush. Use pumice side to soften and exfoliate callused areas of skin
* Clean toenails with an acetone-based polish remover
* Use toenail clipper to trim toenails. Trimming straight across is best to avoid ingrown nails
* Gently push back cuticles with rounded end of cuticle pusher & cleaner. Use pointy side to clean underneath nails
* Use soft buff block or pedicure file to gently smooth ridges and stains from the surface of the nail
* Use cuticle nippers to gently remove any hangnails or excess cuticle
* Place toe separators between toes before polishing
* Apply nail polish of your choice
* Use manicure sticks to remove nail polish that may get onto skin or cuticle area
