How to order?

Steps:

1) Drop us an email to olol_seller@gmail.com to request for our order form

2) Go shop

and send back your order form with the url of items you wish us to help purchase on behalf

3) We will go through your list of items and advise the first payment amount.

First payment in SGD: Example you bought a total of goods worth RMB 490 from Taobao, China domestic postage RMB 10, total RMB 500 FX now is 4.60 (subject to fx changes)

It will be RMB 500 / 4.60 = SGD 108.70 We charge a 8% agent fees on this amount, subject to a minimal charge of SGD 10 Hence first payment = SGD 108.70 + agent fees (SGD 10 or 8% of 108.70 whichever is higher) = SGD 118.70 for this case

For qxpress delivery to your door, please purchase via qoo10 and pay the $10 via qoo10 platform

4) 2nd payment is the international shipping fees:

We charge SGD $12 for first 500g and SGD $4 for every next 500g

(Note: vpost charge SGD $12 base and SGD $1 for every 100g, that would be $17 for first 500g)

5) Item will be delivered to your doorstep!
