Our inside sales representatives and account support specialists staff our sales phones and monitor electronic orders for accurate, efficient order processing, product information, and sales support.

TWO FULL SERVICE CALL CENTERS

Located in Hebron, OH and Petersburg, VA, our dual Customer Service Centers are staffed with a team of rigorously trained specialists that know our products, are experts at order entry, have immediate access to Credit and Purchasing representatives for on-the-spot answers and can efficiently process any claims and returns. No automated phone system - real people in real-time!

FOUR LOCATIONS - SELECTION, SUPPLY, AND SHIP-QUICK SERVICE

Four distribution centers occupying nearly 1-million total square feet allow great inventory. Key styles and colors are maintained at a 12-14 week supply level with an average $65,000,000 of inventory routinely on hand. We have over 60 stocked brands and provide mill-direct programs with nearly 25% of our partners.

99.5% ORDER ACCURACY - WE MEASURE UP

We currently process more than 4,000 orders daily at a 99.5% accuracy rate and are fully functional EDI capable with a team that understands EDI function.
