FAQ

Q : How long should I charge for the first time?
A : It is best to charge for at least 12-15hr for the first 5 times in order to get a better performance for future usage.

Q : Why does the capacity feel like it is not as high as it is stated?
A : For new Power Banks, it will take some time to "warm up". After charging it for about 5 times
for around 12-15hrs, it would be warmed up and it should be at the stated capacity.

Q : Will there be any warranty?
A : I'm sorry to say that there will be no warranty but there will be 7 days exchange.
