Delivery within 5 days
As all these are imported goods, prices will be constantly reviewed and adjusted based on overseas vendor price adjustment or limited time promotion by overseas vendor. Do grab all these limited time promo while stocks last!
If you are not available on the 1st delivery by Poslaju, you do not have to self collect your item at Poslaju counter. You may contact Poslaju at 1-300-300-300 for 2nd delivery attempt and quote Poslaju docket number
At Bejeweled Jewels, we strive to provide you with the best of service.
We will send only in Pos Laju prepaid wrap envelope. However, we seek your cooperation, if you receive the parcel in a damaged condition,
1. To report immediately within 5 hours to Bejeweled Jewels with photos of damage. You may email to madelhmc@gmail.com or whatsapp/sms us at 018-266 8481
2. To report to Poslaju within 48 hours including Saturday and Sunday of the damage AND to bring the whole wrapper with products with original packaging AND bubble wrap so that Poslaju may certify the original weight. Poslaju will neither entertain report nor pay compensation for report made after 48 hours. Both Bejeweled Jewels and customer will have to lodge report within 48 hours
3. Refund amount for 2 damage pieces of products and above is according to amount refunded by Poslaju which may take up to 3 months investigation by Poslaju or earlier at the discretion of Bejeweled Jewels.
4. We do not provide refund for change of mind.
5. Photos do come with some lighting effects and as such do expect 5- 10 % variation. Allow also variation for clothing in 3 cm to 5 cm. We do not provide exchange nor refund for such. We also do not provide refund for 5 – 10% stitching issue by factory.
6. Kindly email to madelhmc@gmail.com with your name, contact number, order number, product number and Poslaju tracking number after lodging report with Poslaju and a copy of Poslaju report AND WITH our confirmation, the items can only be sent back to Bejeweled Jewels. The return charges is to be paid by customer.
7. Kindly whatsapp to 018-2668481 if you will not be available to receive your parcel due to unforeseen circumstances (ie. overseas vacation). We will take note of the requested postponement date. Kindly inform us promptly. We are not able to fulfill this request once this parcel is sent to poslaju. If you are not available on the 1st delivery by Poslaju, you do not have to self collect your item at Poslaju counter. You may contact Poslaju at 1-300-300-300 for 2nd delivery attempt and quote Poslaju docket number.
8. For unclaimed item (item not collected from Poslaju for 14 days from 1st delivery attempt), Bejeweled Jewels reserves the right to bill return travelling cost for collection from Poslaju, redelivery to customer and telephone charges of 30 sen/minute by Telco for calls to Poslaju 1-300-300-300
