The Trident''s tenacious AeroMesh 2D material is lightweight and flexible to ensure unobstructed dexterity as you trek. The upper is also fashioned with a rubber toe cap and heel guard that not only attenuates impact on rocky terrain, but also ensures a longer life for your shoe. A dual-density EVA foam midsole encourages day-long support and shock absorption, while the supportive Trident Heel stabilizes your foot and further mitigates impact. The shoe is fashioned with a semi-stiff flex and Roc Approach Fit that enhances static and dynamic movement, and the AFC structure is engineered in such a manner that it provides a snug, wrap-like feel around the instep of your foot. And last but not least, the Trident is constructed with a dense and sticky Vibram Mulaz Evo outsole, which provides ample protection and high traction on everything from plucky sandstone to chossy quartzite.
