At 5.9 inches long, the Velocity meat thermometer's probe makes it easy for you to avoid accidental burns. Additionally, the slender probe won't create unsightly holes in your food.
Measures in Celsius and Fahrenheit
The Velocity offers reliable readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, and allows you to easily switch between both.
Automatic shut-off
After 10 minutes of non-use, the Velocity will shut off in order to preserve battery power.
Wide Temperature Range
The Velocity can measure between -50C (-58F) and 300C (572F). We recommend waiting up to 15-25 seconds for the most accurate reading possible when dealing with extreme temperatures.
This thermometer comes with a lifetime warranty. If you're not satisfied with it, or if you experience any problems with the product, we'll replace the thermometer at no charge.
