Installation option on listing is only applicable to concrete ceiling below 2.9m with existing electrical point. Include removal of existing fan or light. All additional works, like installation on cornice, shifting of electrical point, laying of new electrical point, false ceiling installation or ceiling height more than 3m will have additional cost.
