As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 serving(s) with your favorite beverage 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach or as directed by your physician.

This supplement may increase sensitivity to the effects of CNS stimulants. Caution is advised when taking tyrosine along the stimulants and dosages should be lowered accordingly.
