Postage & Packaging Matters

For purchases of 2 sets of Baby Cups & above, do note that the parcel will NOT be able to fit into most letterboxes. Registered postage is highly recommended, as if there is no one at home to receive the parcel, it will be sent back to your nearest post office with no tracking available.
Do take note that we are not liable for parcel loss or item damage should you choose Singpost Normal Postage, as this will be negligence on Singpost's part.
We either cling wrap or bubble wrap each set of Baby Cups, and label each parcel with a "FRAGILE" label after a broken tray incident. Do rest assured to shop with us! We will replace a set for you FOC, should the set(s) sent via Singpost Registered Postage be damaged. :)
