This is a rare figure released in the early 90's in support of the wildly popular Street Fighter video game franchise. It was co-branded with GI Joe in an attempt by Hasbro to link the toy lines. The Street Fighter figures even included file cards just like the GI Joe figures. They also came with similar accessories.
