Directions
Sort and thoroughly rinse. Bring 2 cups water and 1 cup quinoa to boil, reduce and simmer for 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and serve. Suggested Uses: Lightly toast before cooking to enhance flavor. Make a delicious and protein-rich salad with beans, fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables.
