  • Although you could cancel an order anytime while it hadn't been shipped, to maintain a fair trading environment, please clearly consider if the item is suitable for you before making purchase :)

Shipping

  • We are willing to ship Worldwide
  • Item will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days from Hong Kong by Hong Kong Post - EMS, e-Express Service, First-Class Air Parcel or Standard Air-Mail after full payment received.
  • Order on Friday will be manage to ship on Monday.
  • Tracking Number will be update shortly once the item being shipped.

  • Item will be shipped to address in Qoo10 only, please make sure your shipping address in Qoo10 is correct. If you wish us to delivery your order to another location, please change that address to your Qoo10 account.
  • Postage around 3 - 9 Business days to Singapore . If Singapore random custom inspecion applied to your order(s), it may take a bit longer than normal, please be patient to wait and it will arrive shortly :)

Refund Policy

  • All our products are Authentic, Brand New in its Retail Package (unless stated), most of them are covered by manufacturer full warranty, please message us for more info.
  • All our products have been tested by manufacturer (QA), In case of defective, please inform us within 7 days upon receipt of item, we will arrange replacement / refund (at your choice), when we found it defective after the item return.
  • For DoA replacement / refund, return items should include the original packaging and all accessories.
