Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic healing tonic blend of 3 fruits; Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhtaki. Traditionally used for Rasayana (rejuvenation) and as a digestive and detoxification tonic.

Traditionally used  in Ayurvedic medicine to help:
-relief of oaccasional constipation
-relieve mild colic pain and flatulence
-rejuvenation
-relieve mild heart burn associated with non-specific indigestion
-as a digestive tonic to promote digestive 'fire', support appetite and aid digestion.

Drink plenty of water. 
Store below 25 degrees celsius. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
Not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

Terminalia chebula fruit ext. dry conc. Equiv. to dry fruit                      1000mg

Terminalia bellirica fruit pericarp ext. dry conc. Equiv. to dry fruit pericarp        500mg

Phyllanthus emblica fruit ext. dry conc. Equiv. to dry fruit                      1.5g (1500mg)

Directions

Adults: Take 1  tablet daily.
