3) Strictly no compensation of any kind (including re-send of orders) will be provided for any claims in regards to lost/delay mails using non-registered mail option.
4) For any lost/delayed mail using registered mail options (SingPost Registered Mail, Qxpress etc.), customers are responsible to liase with the respective shipping company for such claims. Tracking number will be provided in MyQoo10 system.

7) All warranty/exchange/returns claims must be done within 10 days from date of receipt (unless otherwise stated in the products link) accompanied by proof of purchase (eg. shipping statement) and original packaging (if any).
