Aids in muscle recovery, however a good multi vitamin like Mega men will have enough Glutimine for your basic workout recoveryplus lets face it,it can get expensive and the average person is not sponsored. He is a cancer patient and his doctor told him to use this product to build his body and might be able to reduce some side effects from the chemo/radiation therapy.
