It features a lightweight, waterproof formula with natural-looking pigments suspended in volume-boosting polymers for improved thickness, texture and definition. It sets quickly and won't run, flake or fade and washes out easily with a mild cleanser. How to Use Step 1: To achieve optimal results, you'll want to apply SmartBrow on clean, dry brows--if possible, use an oil-free product to cleanse, and keep your brow area free of any serums, creams and moisturizers. Step 2: Apply SmartBrow with the defining liner using short, light strokes, and start small: you may find its easiest to address your problem areas first, adding SmartBrow according to the kind of brow/shade you're looking to achieve. Always apply SmartBrow in the direction of hair growth. Step 3: While the product is still wet, distribute the color by making upward, outward strokes with finishing brow brush. If you need to add more product, now is the time: simply reapply where needed and repeat this step.
