If item is faulty on arrival,
customers need to inform the seller in 7 days
so we can proceed refund/exchange (in this case, BABYJOA will pay for the return delivery fee).

If it is spoilt while using,
it can be repaired under 1 year warranty in Korea
but need to pay for the return delivery fee and repair fee if needed(:for example for broken screen/unit is not under warranty) by customer's side.

Battery issue has a 6 months warranty.
