1.Q: Any camera for demo?
A: Pls install V380 APP
2.Q:Why V380 APP says "wifi signal is too weak or password is incorrect" and does not detect WIFI?
A:Long press the reset button until the camera says ?°waiting wifi configuration", then click V380 "WIFI Smart Link" to set wifi until it says "wifi connected"(general solution for many issues)
3.Q: Why V380 keeps crashing on Android Phones like LG?
A:1)Leave enough capacity to install V380(Suggest 2GB RAM); 2) Check whether V380 is the latest version, if not, pls reinstall it from av380.cn
4.Q: How to view on PC within wifi?
A: A smartphone needed to install V380 to help NVCMS set wifi(coz camera no Ethernet port), keep them within same 2.4G WIFI.
