I don't eat sweets anymore but these totally get me through. Sometimes I warm them for 10 seconds in the microwave, sometimes I break them up and top a greek yogurt with them. Highly recommend! Both of my children have tried to "steal them" from the healthy stash cabinet. I enjoy both these and the chocolate cereal bars, and they are just the right size to fill me up.
