It had said "Batboat" on the box, and on the top back says "kids can use their imaginations (and pop-up cannons) to help Batman "blow" criminals out of the water!" So, I was surprised when the boat immediately started sinking in the water! I looked at the box again, and in tiny print on the bottom of the back side of the box, it says "Not intended for use in water". Then it shouldn't be called a boat! Of course, I had thrown the Walmart receipt away, just a few days before I opened up the toy.
