This zinc-finished drawer slide also features Cam Drawer Adjust, making the installation process quick and simple, along with an easy-to-use disconnect lever. The Accuride 3832 Series - C 3832-C18TRP Touch Release slide is designed to eliminate the need for knobs and pulls that are often used to open drawers. The Touch Release slide is ideal for use in applications where a streamlined, plain drawer front design is desired, and also in applications where a user may find it difficult to grasp a knob or pull a handle. It also offers users a safe, easy, and more sanitary way to open drawers. While the Touch Realize feature holds the drawer in a closed position, a simple push on the drawer front releases the drawer to an open position of approximately 2'' from the closed position. In fact, only 1/16'' of inward travel is needed to activate the touch release feature and open the drawer, which allows the slides to be used with inset and overlay drawers.
