• Slow Drip vs Full Immersion?:

  With the Dkinz Izac-I, you simply set-up the machine and in as little as 4 hours you have a crisp tasting cold brew coffee ready to drink without the risk of over extraction of full immersion. Full immersion takes anywhere between 18-24 hours and one must be there to filter at the right time or risk over extraction. With the slow drip, no attention is needed, when the drip is complete the cold brew is already filtered and doesn’t contain a lot of the sediment of full immersion cold brew
