If you have ever gotten a pillow and a day later it is flat, this pillow will change your life. It never loses it shape, but it is also soft and molds to your head. It is a little longer than a typical pillow, but thinner. I also didn't notice any kind of smell unlike what the previous reviewer said. Instead I noticed that I finally didn't have a neckache and I slept through the night without having to re fluff my pillow. It is a little long and i did notice a slight odor that is typically associated with memory foam but i followed the instructions in the packaging and only washed the cover not the pillow itself and that problem was fixed.
