The material has less unevenness of heat, excellent heat-transferability in diamond particles and aluminum die-cast body which is easy to transmit heat.
Heat is transmitted evenly to ingredients.
Excellent abrasion resistance with hard diamond powder compounded on marble coat with excellent releasability.
Metal spatula can also be used.
Dirt is hard to stick, the inner surface is flat because there is no rivet that connects the handle.
