Collars:
XS Collars are 1.6 cms and fit 15-25 cms necks. Good For X-Small Dogs and Puppies
S   Collars are 1.6 cms and fit 23-33 cms necks. Good For Puppies and Small Dogs
M  Collars are 1.9 cms and fit 30-46 cms necks. Good For Puppies to Medium Dogs
L   Collars are 2.5 cms and fit 40-63 cms necks. Good For Medium to Large Dogs. 
XL Collars are 22-36″ and use 1″ webbing.

Available in 120mm (4 inch) & 180mm (6 inch) length

XS = Dogs weighing less than 15 lbs (neck diameter of 6-10″ and chest diameter of 9-15″)
S = Dogs weighing 8 – 30 lbs (neck diameter of 8-13″ and chest diameter of 12-20″)
